Dry Law Service
Like any natural product, marble has some natural variations in its patterns, in tones, colours, ”veins” and crystals. To help you achieve the result you desire, with a harmonious balance in the matching of patterns between the marble tiles for your floor or wall cladding, EAGLE offers you the Dry Lay service. For this purpose, we have created an entire in-house department in our facilities which ensures and includes all the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of the Dry Lay service. We have the ability to ”spread” on the floor of our facilities up to 1000 square meters of marble tiles, so that our highly trained and experienced staff in Dry Lay service can examine the design of such a large area and make the necessary changes in the position of the tiles, so that the color tone between them matches perfectly.
The Dry Lay service has several stages, different but equally important. The main objective of this service is to prepare the ”perfect plan” that the installation team will have to follow faithfully on the site where the project will be created once our materials are received. Our staff has undergone high level training and has the ability to implement the following:
- Placement of tiles on the floor, until the moisture dries and the appropriate and desired colouring is achieved.
- Possible repositioning of tiles in areas where the pattern better matches the surrounding tiles.
- Quality control and replacement of any ”unapproved” tiles.
- Numerical coding of all final designs while the tiles remain on the floor.
- Create ”Project Drawings” which include the numbered tiles in such a way that everyone can identify what the proposed location is for each tile to be installed at the project site.
- Coding- marking of each tile, box, pallet separately, to ensure optimized installation at the project site.
- Packed in special boxes with customized dimensions.
